Safety is of the utmost importance to the management of Carson Welding and Maintenance. In order to enhance the company's safety record, CWM took a leadership role in the industry by hiring experienced professionals to manage its Safety Division.

Carson Welding has developed an extensive internal Safety program for its employees and continues to update that program to reflect current industry standards. By tracking manhours, mileage, lost time accidents, near misses, and hazard IDs, Carson Welding can help predict and prevent future incidents.

Keeping our employees and contractors informed of our safety statistics is one way in which we get everyone involved in safety. During scheduled safety meetings both employee and contractor can interact to discuss and discover current safety issues.

At Carson Welding, we believe that safety is everyone's responsibility and we encourage active involvement in all aspects of safety. To help manage our large list of employees, a committee of peers was established to be spokesperson for their representive areas within the company. Monthly safety committee meetings bring the forementioned safety issues to a higher level.
